A Certain Gluttonous Princess

The Knight Leader of her Majesty's Royal Knights was many things. He was a soldier, a protector of the realm, an emissary, and an advisor of Queen Elizard. But most importantly of all, he was the one put in charge of the rather boisterous Second Princess Carissa. Under any normal circumstance that would have meant keeping watch while she went about her day-to-day routine, the normal, more mundane tasks like trying to start a war with France or take the throne for herself by starting a civil war with her mother.

Today was anything from normal. He had known that something was amiss when he received a rather urgent (if not vexing) message from Kaori Kanzaki. Now, under normal circumstances, he would have noted the message down and acted upon it if it threatened the United Kingdom. However, as stated before, this particular day was anything but normal. It was clear to the Knight Leader, as the now very large and very flustered Saint tried her best to relay the message, that this was going to be a very trying time for both of them. Not least due to her embarrassment of being nearly 120 feet tall and trying to cover up a bulging (and "shifting") stomach. Still, to a man who had born witness to so many strange and outlandish events over the years, this was just another odd magical encounter. It had taken nearly half an hour before Kanzaki managed to get the message out properly, much to their shared relief. Though, if he had to be honest, she looked far more relieved than he imagined he looked. The message could at best be described as ludicrous and at worst an absolute nightmare... and yet, as he watched the now sitting Kanzaki trying to cover her still shifting gut while looking nervously around her, he thought that (for just this once) common sense should take a backseat to insanity.

"So, let me see if I understand this correctly..." Knight Leader grimaced as Kanzaki looked down at him, her wide eyes still darting from one side to another, hoping that no one could see through her magical barrier. "A group of what I can only assume are lunatics, who just happen to be associated with the First Princess, recently discovered an ancient and powerful artifact in Wales. This artifact was given to the First Princess, who kept it safe in her room under lock and key." Kanzaki said nothing as the Knight Leader recounted what she had told him, a fair sight clearer and more coherently than she had managed it. The Knight Leader continued as he strode around her towering form. "This artifact is supposed to be related to the Giants that were once thought to inhabit the Welsh-English border. A truly terrifying object in its own right, but you also tell me that a curse has been placed on the artifact, one that infers the powers of another mythical Welsh creature... the Dragon."

"Yes, that is correct. Those who come into contact with the artifact without the proper magical barriers will be given the affinity of both the Giants and a Dragon." Kanzaki sighed as she looked down at herself.

"Or, to put it another way, the person will become both gigantic and desire to devour people. Does that sum it up?"

Kanzaki fidgeted slightly. "Um, yes."

To say that the Knight Leader was uncomfortable with the thought that Kaori Kanzaki had devoured citizens of the United Kingdom was a vast understatement. Then again, it was the rest of the message that made him truly uncomfortable. "So I take it that someone... a certain loud, egotistical, and blonde-haired someone... was behind the artifact coming into contact with you? Please tell me she didn't do anything too stupid with it?"

Despite the size difference, Kanzaki still tried to avert her gaze from the glare that had appeared on his face. Ever since the British Halloween coup d'etat, she had grown to both respect and fear him even more. "Yes, Princess Carissa was directly responsible for stealing the item in question and using it on us both." Kaori Kanzaki was not a woman that was scared easily: having faced the Archangel Gabriel in combat, nothing, she had assumed, could ever come close to instilling in her a truer sense of dread. And yet, the violent yell that roared from the Knight Leader was enough to chill her to her core as she watched him tear off toward Buckingham Palace with blood in his eyes.

All things considered, Carissa was the embodiment of the military amongst the three Princesses, so it was natural for him to believe that the scene that would greet him at the Palace would be one of absolute bloodshed. The thought that Carissa could once more go down a path that would see the death of her sister, Third Princess Villian, made him sick to the very pit of his soul. Yet what greeted him was not one of bloodshed (though there was quite a bit of destruction).

There was Princess Villian, the Third Princess of the United Kingdom, not a bloodied smear under Carissa's heel... but quite literally on top of her older sister. Carissa, all 120ft of her, was reclining in what was once the front rooms of Buckingham Palace, her large posterior taking up most if not all of the foyer. On top of her head, nestled in her beautiful golden hair was Villian, clearly in awe of her now much bigger sister. And strewn around the Second Princess were the remnants of vehicles that the Knight Leader recognized as belonging to one of the many Roman Orthodox militias. Each one had been torn open, and crushed by the gigantic woman.

What stood out to him most of all was not the destruction or the sight of Carissa protecting Villian from what he could only assume were men that were once again after her life. No, what stood out was the giant belly that hung from Carissa's waist, so large that it had completely shredded her corset and burst free from her dress, hanging into her lap.

It was clear to him where the militia had ended up.

Noticing the Knight Leader, Carissa grinned proudly as she sat in the now destroyed remnants of the palace, her towering figure taking up most of the façade. She placed her hand on her engorged belly and elicited a rather large and very un-princess like belch.

All the Knight Leader could do was groan in annoyance as Carissa laughed at her own gluttonous display.
