During her visit at Marconi's, officer Nikki stumbled upon an interesting scene, where a businesswoman was arguing with some strippers. Nikki quickly took over the scene, demanding to know what all the commotion was about. As it turned out, the businesswoman was accusing the strippers of stealing her purse after paying for their "services."
Obviously the situation demanded justice, and Nikki knew just how to dispense it (and relieve some stress and hunger in the process).
Unfortunately for the businesswoman, prostitution is illegal in this district, so she wasn't getting off the hook either.
