Tapeworm girls are a rather interesting predator. If you ever meet one, you are already in trouble. They are hatched inside the stomachs of giantesses who eat meat that is a bit suspect. They are immune to the otherwise powerful stomach acids of the colossi, and they spend their lives eating from the meals of the giantesses.
The giantess pictured here is gorging herself more than she normally would on the village, due to the fact that the parasite in her belly is mooching off of her meal. Fortunately for the giantess, this seems to be all that the parasite is doing to her...
Unfortunately for the humans, this means that many more of them will have to be eaten before the giantess feels full enough to go home. Hopefully, the village can hold out until then.
