They say that two heads are better than one, but sometimes it can mean twice the trouble. That was the case for this village as they were being accosted by a hungry Ettin, a two-headed giantess.
In reality, the Ettin wasn't a separate creature from normal giants-- they were just a set of conjoined twins.
The twin mini-giantesses came down on the village, feasting on its inhabitants before they began to relax. Whether they were satisfied with their haul or planned to make off with a few more people was anyone's guess.
